All programs and workshops are highly interactive and include dance, guided imagery and visualization, and coaching and learning strategies to tap and develop your inner resources.

All programs and workshop can be catered to individual women and groups, and are offered as hourly coaching sessions and/or half-day or full-day events. Each can be customized for individual women, small or large groups and/or organizations, and special events and gatherings such as ladies’ night out, networking meetings and Corporate Wellness Programs.

  1. Dance to Wellness Signature Program -loose weight, manage stress and feel fabulous as you dance your way to a healthier and more successful you. This unique workshop combines the steps of Dancing to Wellness: Loving Your Body with a simple 5-step program designed for today’s busy woman. Begin to move your body and transform your life through this fun, energizing, and effective program.
  2. 12 Steps to Firing Up Your Life for Success- designed to inspire the audience to take action towards their desired goals, this interactive program will energize your team, boost morale, reduce stress and build team loyalty.  Diana will provide 12 power tools to enhance performance and productivity.
  3. Stress Inventory based on Diana’s Chapter in the book “Learning to Love Yourself,” this program will help you identify the elements and sources of stress for you and provide practical guidelines for achieving a more relaxed and centered self.
  4. Self-Love A 21-day program for Falling in Love with You- based on Diana’s chapter in the book “A Journey Within: Self-Discovery for Women” (PWN 2009), this program will guide you step-by-step towards a path of greater love, admiration, and acceptance of yourself. Learn to identify and manage your stress effectively, cope with negative feelings in healthy ways, set boundaries, eliminate self-sabotage, and tap your unlimited potential.
  5. Zumba Dance and Wellness Workshop is a fun and energizing way  to get  your employees moving while learning how to integrate wellness techniques into their daily  routine.  This experiential workshop will inspire your employees to start their own prevention program.  This workshop includes assessing your employees’ level of wellness. Each employee will walk away with a personalized  wellness plan.
  6. Self-Esteem in 25 Strategies is a very interactive and dynamic workshop designed for participants to become more aware of their self-  defeating behaviors and relationships. With each individual strategy, each participant will find the best way for her to move forward  from where she is currently to where she would like to be in the future.
