Dancing to Wellness Signature Program promotes health & wellness among team members through dance and movement exercises and highlights how to enhance communication, build positive relationships, and strengthen leadership, social and emotional intelligence.

Zumba Dance and Wellness Workshop is a fun and energizing way  to get  your employees moving while learning how to integrate wellness techniques into their daily  routine.  This experiential workshop will inspire your employees to start their own prevention program.  This workshop includes assessing your employees’ level of wellness.
