Why do I take Zumba classes? It would be impossible for me to pick out one reason for attending your amazing Zumba Gold Classes. They are absolutely terrific on so many levels.

First, of course, is the music. Your choice of songs instantly raises the spirit and makes you feel like moving whether you like to dance or not. Who could possibly sit still to “Thriller”?

Next are the exercises you have designed set to this inspiring music. You never feel as though you are exercising, (which I personally do not like to do ) but rather having a good time dancing! Here I am having all this fun, and without even realizing it, I am improving my physical and mental health at the same time. This happy attitude spills over into other areas of my life and has lead me to change some of my “not so healthy” choices.

However, the main ingredient of my enjoyment of Zumba is YOU!! All Zumba Classes are not alike. Your classes are so successful because of what you bring to them. You are the glue that makes the whole experience so fantastic. Your magnetic charm, personality and demeanor touches all who attend. This is evident by the smiles on everyones faces. No matter how I may feel when I enter your class, I always leave feeling so much happier. It is just great fun and I look forward to the next session. That is why I follow you from Senior Center to Senior Center. You make me feel beautiful!
