Everyday I look forward to dancing 30 minutes for my health and well-being.  Dancing keeps me in shape and helps me to maintain my weight.  It connects my mind , body and spirit in a free flowing  manner. One important benefit about dancing is -its good for your health. Here's a  great article I read  today about how dancing is good for our health.
